Nepali instructors
Become an instructor at the National Ambulance Center
The National Ambulance Center is seeking instructors for the Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) course for ambulance staff. The Center is hiring residents of the Kathmandu area who have taught first aid or first responder courses. In addition to teaching students, instructors will collaborate with volunteer medical educators from the United States to develop the curriculum of the course, including modifying it to meet the specific health care needs of the population of the Kathmandu Valley. Nepali instructors will receive training from experienced American instructors, so that they will be able to teach all aspects of the EMT course.
If you are qualified and wish to become an instructor of Nepal’s first thorough training course in emergency medical care, please email info@ambulancecenter.org.np or contact the Ambulance Center by telephone.
